What will Metabolife 356 do for me? It will increase your energy level and assist in weight loss.

When do I take my dosages? Take your dosage on an empty stomach 15 minutes to one hour before eating.

120 - 150 lbs. (1 caplet), 150 – 180 lbs. (1 ½ caplets), 180 lbs. And up (2 caplets)

How soon should I start losing weight? Everyone has a different metabolism. We, as independent distributors have found that when you first start taking it, you should start with a minimum dosage of one caplet at breakfast.
